Feeling overwhelmed... in a good way!

I had the most wonderful time yesterday as a vendor at the Summer Blast Networking and Shopping event at Darby Park. I was so encouraged by the support of my friends and family who came out to participate. God truly blessed that event for Barbara's Delight... I learned more about myself, my desire for business, my talent, and how something so small can give such joy to women. I met many people yesterday, I wish their names and faces could be imprinted in my mind. They supported me financially, yet that was not the greatest impact for me... They gave me their time and attention, words of encouragement, and they gave me tips in the business and boy do I need that! When asked what inspires me, I tell them about my prayers to our Father, his constant presence in every stroke I paint, and my desire to be a blessing to other people in his honor... I speak about wanting to be used by him and to find my purpose. I'd say I'm getting closer and closer to doing just that. Be encouraged, friend... Go after your dreams, and be mindful to enjoy the journey. It really is the best part!
